Ooooooh, perty. 
I just thought it looked a bit like the legendary Pokemon, Lugia. I don't know how in the world I thought of that, I just did. 
If you can't see it in there, the center little blob is the head, the whippy looking thing on the right is one wing, and either the faint one on the left OR the brighter one on top is the other wing. Whichever one works.
